Our recommended dishes: Hige’s choicest reimen noodles (¥756), and from our yakiniku (Japanese barbecue) menu, our chef has carefully selected the finest meats from the Nambu region of Iwate for our "Nambu organ meat hotpot.

"Craft Ichigoya" is a shop dealing in natural stones and handmade goods.
Our blog is mostly written by Gikō, the craftsman who makes our "tsuchi bokkuri" clay figurines, but sometimes Shinri, shop owner and accessory designer, writes as well.
